How do I return an item?

Returns of unused, unopened merchandise will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be given in the form of store credit. Shipping will not be refunded. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Merchandise must be in original condition. For broken or defective merchandise, contact the manufacturer as all items are warrantied through the manufacturer. If you need contact info for the manufacturer, please call or email us. Food Items are non-refundable.

Special order items are not returnable, they are sold as-is, paid at time of order. Special orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
